Welcome to the Rotary Scholarship Golf Tournament (RSGT) presented by the Rotary Club of Chilliwack. The 2017 tournament is being held at the amazing Chilliwack Golf and Country Club on June 9, 2017. Proceeds from the tournament support Chilliwack area high school and university students. The Rotary Scholarship Golf Tournament is thankful for all our supporters including tournament participants and sponsors; past, present and future.

The RSGT was started in 2005 as a supplement to the Rotary Dinner event we host each year. Initially it was a golf outing for our members before the dinner which turned into one of our most successful ongoing fundraiser events. Now entering our 12th year, our tournament is becoming a standard for tournaments in the area. We support local high school and university students helping them pay for their post secondary education. Since its' inception you have helped us raise over $200,000 in scholarships to local students. We appreciate and thank you for your support.

Tournament Format

Our four-person Texas scramble also includes Hole-in-One Competitions, Beat the Pro, Putting Competitions, and more. All golfers receive a tee-gift (value $20), refreshments, and lunch. Individual and team prizes will be also awarded. A raffle drawing and awards program follows the golfing.

A 50/50 drawing, and helicopter ball drop will be held during the social hour after golf.

The tournament is limited to 36 foursomes on a first come, first served basis.

Date and Time:
Friday, June 9, 2017 - Registration begins at 12:00pm with a shotgun start at 2:00pm. The helicopter ball drop is at 6:15pm and we wrap up by with prizes and awards at 7:00pm.

Cost:

  • $600/Foursome
    (includes green fee, power cart, lunch, gift bag and ticket in grand prize draw)
  • $150 for an individual golfer

Prizes:

  • Putting Competition - Prize TBA
  • Grand Prize Draw - Amount TBA
  • Helicopter ball drop at 6:15pm
  • Helicopter ball drop tickets are just $10.
    We'll also have 50/50 tickets for $20 per arms length.
